- Prepare Handful of coriander leaves.
- It's 4 of green chillies.
- Prepare 2 spoons of Tamarind.
- It's 2 of garlic cloves.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Prepare of Salt as taste.
- It's of Dried Bombay duck / bombil.
Khatti teekhi chutney step by step
- Firstly keep all the ingredients ready.
- Wash and fry dried bombil on low flame till it turns golden and crisp.
- Take coriander leaves,green chillies,garlic cloves,cumin seeds and crush them.
- Add soaked tamarind and crush together with salt.
- Once everything is crushed add dried bombil.
- Now just crush bombil with light hands so that it doesn't gets powdered.
- Serve it with any types of dal it is easy,tangy,spicy and yummy.
